My personalized guided meditations are thoughtfully created to help guide and support you in exploring this essential inner work. Over the past six months, I’ve been creating personalized meditations for my clients at no cost to gain experience, refine my skills, and ensure I could provide a meaningful and effective service. The positive feedback I’ve received has been incredibly encouraging, and I’ve truly enjoyed the process. Moving forward, I’ve decided to continue offering this service with enhanced sound quality and professionalism. However, due to the time and effort involved, and the energy it takes to create each meditation I will now be charging a fee for this service as an optional addition to my practice. :-)

These meditations offer an opportunity for self-discovery, healing, and growth. Whether you're navigating self-doubt, managing anxiety, or looking to connect with your intuition or higher self, I work intuitively and by listening to you, create meditations tailored to your experiences, beliefs, and goals to support your unique journey.

 

How Can a Personalized Meditation Support You?

These meditations are designed with your specific needs in mind:

  • Explore and connect with your inner voice if self-doubt or uncertainty feels overwhelming.

  • Navigate the process of self-discovery, such as building a vision for your future self or reconnecting with your intuition.

  • Work on Internal Family Systems (IFS) or inner child healing by fostering a space for compassion and understanding toward the younger parts of yourself.

  • Cultivate a sense of grounding and relaxation when anxiety or uncertainty feels overwhelming.

Each meditation is a personal experience, created to support your growth and help you strengthen the connection you have with yourself. While we all need meaningful connections with others, learning to deeply connect with ourselves is just as vital—now more than ever.

Why Personalized Meditations Matter

In a world that often feels heavy and overwhelming, it’s easy to look outward for healing—whether to a partner, parent, therapist, or a larger figure we believe can make the pain go away. While the connection with others is vital—something I deeply understand from my experience as a spiritual (non-religious) person and my background in couples therapy—healing also requires us to turn inward and nurture the relationship we have with ourselves.

These meditations are intended to help you address the parts of yourself that may feel anxious, depressed, fearful, or alone, cultivating a stronger connection with your authentic self and helping you feel more grounded and connected to the world around you.

This inner connection is crucial. Without it, even the most well-intentioned communication attempts or help from others can fall short if we aren’t grounded in a regulated body, a connected and observant mind, and a deeper sense of inner awareness. Communication, especially in relationships, often breaks down when individuals haven’t taken the time to look inward and reflect on their own reactions. For example, frustration or defensiveness may arise not from the present situation, but from unmet needs or unresolved histories within ourselves.

By becoming curious about these reactions—asking why they’re there and exploring the core needs wrapped in our personal history—we can begin to deconstruct patterns that no longer serve us. This inner curiosity allows us to respond from a place of calm, clarity, and compassion, rather than react defensively or from pain.

In Internal Family Systems (IFS), we call this responding from Self Energy. When grounded in Self Energy, we embody the 8 Cs:

  • Calm

  • Clarity

  • Compassion

  • Curiosity

  • Courage

  • Confidence

  • Creativity

  • Connectedness

By working on these inner foundations, we not only enhance our ability to connect meaningfully with others but also create space for growth, healing, and transformation on a personal level. Personalized meditations are a tool to help you explore these inner dynamics and cultivate the regulated, reflective, and authentic presence needed to navigate life’s challenges with resilience and grace.

This work is about creating a more compassionate and connected world, starting with the way we relate to ourselves. By prioritizing inner connection, we empower ourselves to show up more fully—not just for ourselves, but for those around us.

How It Works

Creating a personalized meditation is a collaborative process:

  1. Initial Session(s): We’ll schedule one or two sessions to explore your current experiences, emotional needs, and goals. If you're a current client, this can naturally integrate into our ongoing work.

  2. Meditation Creation: Based on our conversations, I’ll spend a total of about 2 hours crafting a guided meditation personalized to your needs.

  3. Delivery: Once completed, I’ll provide the meditation for you to use as often as you’d like. You will be able to download or stream the meditation. The delivery timeline depends on my current queue, but on average, it takes about 5-7 days for a finished meditation to be ready.

 

Investment
  • Initial Session: For current clients, the cost of the initial consultation is included in your standard session fee, if private pay of $95/hour (or your co-pay is covered by your insurance ).

  • Cost of Meditation Creation: The fee for creating a personalized meditation is $45 for meditations approximately 40 minutes to 1 hour in length. Shorter meditations (less than 30 minutes) can be created at a reduced cost, and tailored to your needs.

I’ve researched similar services, and most personalized meditations range from $125–$200.  I am offering this service at a lower introductory rate as I continue to refine and grow this offering. Over the next year as I continue to improve with my abilities and quality, I plan to expand this into a separate business, but for now, this service will primarily be available to my clients at this current rate.

Clients who’ve tried this service have shared that they’ve found it helpful for exploring their inner world and practicing self-reflection in their own time and space. Many use their personalized meditations repeatedly, finding them to be a valuable tool for deeper work. I put my own energy and intuition into each recorded session.

Creating a high-quality personalized meditation is about a two-to-three-hour process that I truly enjoy—it’s one of my passions! The process includes planning and creation, 30 minutes to 1 hour of recording (sometimes with multiple takes), and additional time for editing, mixing, and refining the sound with background music. Adjustments or revisions may also be needed to ensure it meets your needs. This care and attention to detail are reflected in the fee for this service.

Special Considerations

If your personalized meditation involves connecting with an inner child or deeply vulnerable parts of yourself that have experienced significant trauma, we may start with live guided meditations during our sessions. This allows us to create a safe and supportive environment where I can guide you through the process with care and attentiveness.

The safety and well-being of all parts of yourself are my highest priority. When working with deeply wounded parts, it’s essential to proceed slowly and carefully, ensuring that these parts feel heard, supported, and safe. By pacing the work consciously and listening closely to your needs, I aim to create a healing experience that feels manageable and empowering.

I’ve had the privilege of guiding clients through this type of work during sessions, and they’ve shared positive outcomes. Clients often find these live guided meditations to be deeply connecting as they provide real-time support and a sense of safety while exploring tender inner experiences.

This process is never rushed and always tailored to your readiness and comfort. Together, we’ll take small, intentional steps, ensuring that you feel supported throughout the journey.

An Optional but Meaningful Resource

This service is entirely optional and offered only to those who feel it aligns with their needs and goals. I believe strongly in honoring your intuition and readiness for this type of work. You are the best judge of whether this approach feels right for you.

​​Ultimately, this is about empowering you to explore your inner world in a way that feels safe and supportive, at a pace that works for you.

Professional Growth and Expertise

I am also in the process of becoming certified in Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy, a transformative approach similar to this work. Having completed the intensive 60-hour course, I’m now in the certification phase, applying these tools while continuing to deepen my skills. This program has not only enhanced my therapeutic abilities but also supported my personal growth in ways I never expected.
